Forgot to post this yesterday, but we passed our rough-in plumbing inspection. Woo-hoo!

Plumbing Inspection

First things first. We failed our rough-in plumbing inspection last week. It’s ok, we’re moving on and Rob is fixing the problems. We wish the county would change their “rejected” stickers to say something like, “please try again” or “do over.” Do they have to be so harsh?

Pipes & wires

Our newly framed walls are filling up with electrical wires and pipes. Plumber Rob was busy at work getting the rough-in plumbing done. Here he is hard at work...Rob sloping the pipeHere are Willy and Todd drilling holes through the stud walls…
Next we ran the Romex wire to the boxes. We breezed through the first 500 feet of wire in no time! It's very exciting to have the electrical underway.
