7 month update

So no picture in the the chair with her Portland doll, no cute family photo, just some shots of our little wee one doing what she does best, lookin damn cute.


She is now mobile, standing up, eating whatever (trying avacado to fatten her up), and generally just a whole lot of fun to play with. Erin had to call Willy for backup to get the crib lowered when Cedar decided to start standing up and attempting to crawl out. It's a good thing Erin caught it, we (and Cedar) have all learned that those beautiful oak floors are very unforgiving surfaces for a baby's head. She hasn't quite found the sharp edge of a post yet, but she did get her 1st bruise after crashing head first into our table.

Just in case you're wondering - yes she's teething. She's got one poked through and another (look's like one of daddy's fangs) starting to work its way up.

Here she is crawling around under her high chair doing a pretty good impression of a vacuum cleaner on all those puffs she dropped during dinner time.

When 7:30 hits, it's time to wind down with a few friends and get into the pjs for the night (being the great parents we are she also occasionally gets a dry diaper before bedtime...just kidding - seriously).

Enjoy the photos and the excellent distraction this Friday while you're supposed to be working...I'm just glad that I'll avoid any fist fights with my coworkers and finally have some updated pics of my little girl to show off anytime I'm away from home.
