Our 4th
We started the day with a drive down the back country roads to the little town of Lincoln. I love Lincoln and it's tiny little parade.
My parents were marching with the Flamingo Fanciers of America, a wacky group we've been a part of for decades. There were also kids in the parade with their farm animals, dogs and even a unicycler. Good times.
Cedar took a nap and then we went up to pop-pop's house for a cookout and dip in the pool with Shawn, Jen, Fiona and mom-mom.
Cedar adores Fiona and wants to be a big girl so bad. I was having too much fun with Todd's phone yesterday and taking photos with his new camera app. Seriously, the best $1.99 we've spent in awhile. I love playing around with the images.
Cedar is getting more and more comfortable in the water.
Later we drove into Leesburg for fireworks at Ida Lee.
Cedar usually goes to bed around 8:00 so she was done by the time the fireworks were about to start. She had a blast running around with the other kids and was a trooper.
Hope you had a fun 4th!
