Cedar, the party girl

The past couple weeks have been pretty busy for our little one. Cedar attended her first Welsh family ping-pong tournament at cousin Jeannette's house in Harrisonburg. She enjoyed the road trip and spending time with her cousins. Bryan was the big winner this year and dad bequeathed his championship title and fancy gold trophy. That's a nice crown, Bryan!Cedar watched the action and is working on strengthening her soccer legs…

Last weekend was River's 3rd bday party. He's such a big boy now. Cedar enjoyed watching all the Russell and Welsh kiddies running around in the yard and bouncing on the moonbounce. She also likes to stick her hands in her mouth and will occasionally find her thumb. Hey, whatever makes her happy! The rain held off and the skies cleared for a beautiful evening. Logan and Kelly's house was full of yummy food. River requested a Mader tow truck cake from the movie Cars and there were also cupcakes on hand, which River politely passed out to his cousins.
River chose to use scissors to cut open the presents this year and was very focused…We gave River a replica German National team jersey, soccer ball and soccer underwear, which Todd is wearing below on his head.Sweet little Ayla loved the little red soccer ball and didn't want to give it up. Here are some more party pics...
