Party time

We had our annual bonfire party last Saturday. The weather was beautiful and the fire was ragin'! The shot below is blurry but it gives you an idea of the amount of light the fire put off. This is looking back towards our house. It was nice to have people of all ages show up and there were lots of little ones running around. River had a great time playing with Fiona and Ellen. Here he is with Ellen:Trish kept everyone happy with the hammock on the deck. Apparently our hammock also doubles as a cocoon that turns little girls into butterflies!Here's Fiona & her new friend Charlie:…so many sweets…We had a band this year and they were awesome. I still can't believe we got Jack Black to play at our party! :) Here's our friend Kerry jammin' on the harmonica:Sadly there wasn't any potato hockey racing this year. I think Luke's foosball table took it's place.There were some pretty competitive games going on and I think Todd and Cat won this one: We're already looking forward to next year. It'll be interesting to see how a baby fits into the mix!
